One Bangkok, the city's newest mega-development, officially opened this year, and Andaz One Bangkok is the first international-brand hotel in the complex to welcome guests. I recently looked up this hotel's Hyatt Privé advisor rates, and the numbers are solid – for a stay of 3 nights, from US$341 a night, including breakfast for two, a hotel credit and a welcome amenity, on flexible, refundable terms. For travelers on a budget who still want to stay at Bangkok's newest landmark, it's the best-value pick among this round's six advisor programs.
About Andaz One Bangkok
Andaz One Bangkok is the second property in Thailand for Hyatt's lifestyle brand Andaz (the other is near Siam Square). It sits in the core of the newly completed One Bangkok complex, right next to Lumphini Park and the Lumphini station on Bangkok's MRT Blue Line, and it's a walk to the Sala Daeng area where the BTS and MRT meet. One Bangkok is one of Thailand's largest urban renewal projects in recent years, combining a shopping center, offices and park green space, and Andaz, as the first hotel brand to open in the complex, has drawn a lot of attention since opening day.
The rooms range from Andaz Lounge Access rooms on the lower and middle floors to park-view rooms on the high floors, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the green expanse of Lumphini Park and the Bangkok skyline. The hotel has Piscari, a Mediterranean restaurant and bar on a high floor, where the windows face the sunset and the city skyline and which is one of the hotel's signature photo spots; there are also a pool and fitness center in the 7th-floor podium. The lobby takes a Bangkok handicraft approach, with display walls full of ceramics, weaving and wood carvings under arched ceilings, a contrast to the cookie-cutter lobbies of many international chains, and you notice the care for local culture at first glance.
The One Bangkok complex itself is huge. Besides Andaz, more international retail and dining brands will arrive over time, and the parts open now include an upscale shopping mall, office towers and a public green plaza. Lumphini Park is right across from the hotel, a rare large green space in downtown Bangkok where you can walk or run in the early morning; the MRT Blue Line's Lumphini station makes it easy to commute to the Sukhumvit and Silom districts, and you can get to and from the airport by taking the Airport Rail Link and then the MRT, with no need for a private car.

Hyatt Privé offer details
The perks we found apply to stays of 3 or more nights between April 10 and October 31, 2026, with a booking deadline of October 31 as well. The perks are the standard Hyatt Privé package:
- Daily breakfast for two
- A one-time hotel credit
- Welcome amenity on arrival
- Guaranteed perks priority at booking (room upgrade, early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability)
- Flexible cancellation (Refundable terms, not a locked-in advance purchase rate)
Eligible room types: from the Andaz Lounge Access room (king or twin) up through Park View rooms, executive suites and the presidential suite, with the price rising by room type.
Reference prices (checked 2026-08-28): taking a 3-night stay checking in on October 1, 2026 as the example:
- The king room (1 King Bed – Andaz Lounge Access) through the accredited-advisor Hyatt Privé channel is US$365 a night, about US$1,290 for 3 nights including taxes;
- The twin room (2 Twin Beds – Andaz Lounge Access) with the same perks starts at about US$341 a night, about US$1,204 for 3 nights including taxes, the lowest-priced room type we found.
These prices already include daily breakfast for two, the hotel credit and the welcome amenity; the base prepaid rate for the same room type without these perks is about US$256 – US$239 a night (depending on twin or king, and non-refundable). In other words, paying roughly US$100 – US$110 more per night swaps the non-refundable base rate for the full Hyatt Privé package: breakfast, a credit, confirmed perks and free cancellation – and going by market prices for breakfast for two in Bangkok hotels, an all-you-can-eat breakfast for two at a five-star hotel often runs around US$60 – US$80 a day, so breakfast alone covers most of that difference, which makes it very good value.
Overall: room rates run about US$341 – US$487 a night (varying by twin room, king room or an upgrade to park-view), and with breakfast for two, a hotel credit and a welcome amenity on top, the overall value stands out among comparable new hotels in Bangkok.
Cancellation policy: the Hyatt Privé channel is on Refundable terms, and the free-cancellation window we found is before September 28, 2026, after which it becomes non-refundable; the advisor's final confirmation governs.

Why it's worth a look
Bangkok is widely seen as the best-value stop among this round's six advisor programs. Established top-end names like the Four Seasons Bangkok and Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok often top US$400 – US$500 a night in peak season, while Andaz One Bangkok, a brand-new property that only opened this year, still has Privé perk rates in the US$341 – US$365 range, a rare window for price-conscious travelers who want to experience the new landmark. The One Bangkok complex itself is one of the hottest places to visit in Bangkok these last couple of years, with the shopping center, offices and park green space all in one place, and staying right in the middle of the complex saves more time on your routes than staying around Siam or Silom. To compare other options in Bangkok side by side, see this article: The best of Bangkok luxury hotels – ten of the best value and most worth visiting (with a current deals list).
One more reminder: the free-cancellation window on this perk rate only runs to September 28, so if your plans change for a stay after October 1 you need to watch the deadline; the booking deadline is October 31, and once your itinerary is set we suggest contacting us early to lock in availability, especially for the lowest-priced room type, the twin room, where supply is usually tighter than for king rooms.
Hyatt Privé's guaranteed perks (upgrade, early check-in, late check-out) are responded to within 24 hours of booking, depending on the hotel's bookings at the time, rather than being left to chance on the day of arrival – this is reassuring for travelers on a tight schedule who need to confirm availability in advance, and it's one of the biggest differences between booking through an advisor channel and booking through a public channel.
Booking advice
If you're already planning to visit Bangkok before the end of October, this Hyatt Privé offer at Andaz One Bangkok deserves priority: a stay of 3 or more nights is a firm requirement, which happens to fit the rhythm of most Bangkok shopping, dining or spa trips. The tightest budgets can choose the twin room (from US$341 a night), those with a little more room can choose the king room (from US$365 a night) or upgrade further to a park-view room (about US$487 a night), where the window view is wider. Because the perk rate is on flexible, refundable terms, you can lock in availability even if your plans aren't 100% set, and cancel free of charge until September 28, with no worry of being stuck.
