Common questions.

Why book through Luxavoy instead of directly with the hotel?

The major hotel groups run their own advisor programs. When you book through an accredited advisor, the hotel adds benefits to your reservation: typically daily breakfast for two, a hotel credit (often US$100) and an upgrade when available. Booking on the hotel's own website usually does not include them.

Does booking through an advisor cost more?

We do not charge a booking fee. Our rates are in line with the hotel's own website — the difference is what's added: breakfast, credit, upgrade. Every quote shows both rates side by side.

How do I pay, and when is my card charged?

Most rates are paid to the hotel at check-in or check-out, and your card only guarantees the booking. Some prepaid rates are charged when you book. Your quote states clearly which kind each rate is.
