Updated June 19, 2026: St. Regis London is now open for cash bookings, with a first check-in date of December 1, 2026; Marriott points redemption bookings are not yet open and are expected to be announced later.

Location and Background

St. Regis London sits in the heart of Mayfair, at the corner of Bond Street and Conduit Street, within walking distance of Piccadilly and the West End theater district.

The building was formerly the Westbury Mayfair Hotel, which carried decades of London luxury hospitality history. After the St. Regis brand took over, the building was fully renovated and extended, adding several public spaces and two dedicated spa suites (Wellness Suites), and it now presents 193 rooms (including 66 suites).

Dining: French Chef Daniel Rose in the Kitchen

The hotel will open an all-day restaurant, Le Perroquet, run by French chef Daniel Rose and positioned as modern French dining. Daniel Rose was previously known in MICHELIN circles for the Paris restaurant Spring, and his style emphasizes the true flavor of ingredients combined with classic French technique.

For travelers planning a quality meal in London, Le Perroquet is worth watching even if you are not staying at the hotel.

Marriott Points Redemption: When Can You Book With Points?

St. Regis London is not yet open for Marriott Bonvoy points redemption. According to a report from the English-language blog One Mile at a Time, points redemption is expected to go live shortly after the official opening.

Judging by brand positioning and location, once points booking opens, St. Regis London will most likely fall into Marriott's Premium tier (formerly Category 8), with peak redemptions at about 100,000 Bonvoy points per night. We suggest keeping an eye on Marriott's website or booking with a Cash + Points combination to reduce the number of points required.

For cardholders with a Marriott Bonvoy Annual Free Night Award, please note that the points cap a free night certificate can currently cover is 25,000 points (the Top-Off mechanism added in 2026), so higher-category hotels require you to make up the difference in points.

Luxavoy Luxury Hotel Advisor Perks

The St. Regis brand can be booked through Luxavoy' Marriott STARS program for advisor-exclusive perks, including a confirmed upgrade, breakfast for two and a hotel credit, which typically add US$100–US$300 of extra value compared with booking direct on the website. Conclusion

The arrival of St. Regis London fills a long-standing gap in Mayfair's top-end hotel map. For readers planning a London trip in late 2026, you can book a cash rate now to lock in your stay. Once points redemption opens, it will be a new option worth trying with Bonvoy points.
